兰建平，浙江省经信委工业经济研究所所长、浙江省工业经济研究所所长、浙江省工业创意产业中心主任、浙江省中国科学院工业经济咨询委员会办公室主任、国家工业和信息化部中文期刊《信息化建设》主编。在"十五"、"十一五"、"十二五"期间多次参加浙江省政府重大政策的起草，参加各类科研课题近20项，获得省部以上科技进步奖6项，多项成果被子公开出版，是浙江省产业经济领域的中青年专家。

　　Lan Jianping is head of the Institute of Industrial Economics of Zhejiang Economy and Information Technology Committee, head of Zhejiang Institute of Industrial Economics, director of Zhejiang Industrial Creativity Center, office director of Zhejiang Industrial Economy Advisory Committee of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and chief editor of Information Construction, a Chinese journal under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and “Twelfth Five- Year Plan” periods, he participated in major policies drafting for the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province and nearly 20 scientific research projects. He won 6 awards for progress in science and technology at the provincial and ministerial level and above and had a number of achievements published, accredited as a mid-aged expert in industrial economy in Zhejiang Province.
