翟振刚，博士，高级工程师。中国电科第36所民品总体研究院院长，中电科（嘉兴）创新创业中心主任。中国大数据产业生态联盟专家委员会大数据专家，中科大硕士生导师，嘉兴学院客座教授，创新领军人才。主要研究方向：模式识别、人工智能、大数据、计算机视觉等领域。发表论文21篇，参编教材4 部，发明专利3项。目前，主持/参与省科技厅重点研发计划课题2项和嘉兴市科技课题1项。

　　Dr. Zhai Zhen’gang is a senior engineer, head of CETC 36th Civilian Products Institute, director of CETC (Jiaxing) Innovation and Enterprising Center, a big data expert of the Expert Committee of Big Data Industry Ecological Alliance of China, a master supervisor at the University of Science and Technology in China, and a guest professor in Jiaxing University. As a leading innovative talent, he specializes in pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, big data, computer vision and others. He has published 21 papers, participated in editing 4 textbooks and had 3 patents of invention. Now he is in charge of and takes part in 2 key research and development projects of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and 1 science and technology project of Jiaxing City.
