徐正超博士，江阴和悦鑫环保科技有限公，总经理。主要从事工业废水处理及工业资源循环利用相关的技术工艺研究和环保设备开发。已发表学术论文10余篇，申请国家专利27项，其中发明专利25项，已获授权专利17项，主持省、市级科技项目2项，参与省、市、中科院科技项目4项。所开发的废乳化液处理技术与装备、酸洗废酸循环回用技术、电镀废水金属离子回收技术、氮磷深度去除技术、难降解工业废水减量及零排放技术等多项技术产品已得到实际工业应用。入选江苏省双创计划（双创博士）、姑苏重点产业紧缺人才、张家港市引进紧缺高层次人才。

　　Dr. Xu Zhengchao, the general manager of Jiangyin Heyuexin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., is engaged in research of technology and process and development of green equipment related to industrial waste water treatment and industrial resources recycling. He has published over 10 academic papers, applied for 27 national patents covering 25 patents of invention, won 17 authorized patents, presided over 2 provincial and municipal science and technology projects, and participated in 4 science and technology projects of the province, city, and Chinese Academy of Sciences. The waste emulsified liquid treatment technology and equipment, pickling waste acid recycling technology, electroplating waste water and metal ions recycling technology, deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology, degradation-resistant industrial waste water reduction and zero discharge technology, and many other technology products that were developed by him have been applied to the industry practice. In addition, he has been accredited as the innovation and enterprising doctor under Jiangsu Provincial Innovation and Enterprising Plan, talent in short supply for key industries in Gusu, and senior talent in short supply in an introduced manner in Zhangjiagang City.
