罗安程博士，浙江大学环境与资源学院资源科学系教授、博士生导师。国家注册环保工程师、国家注册环评工程师。主持和参加过多项国家自然基金、浙江省自然基金、浙江省科技厅重点项目、国家重大专项水专项及各类企业合作研发项目。现已发表论文80余篇。长期以来，主持过几十项废水废气处理工艺工程设计，主要涉及制药、化工、食品、生活污水等工程。

　　Dr. Luo Ancheng, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Resource Sciences Department of College of Environmental & Resource Sciences of Zhejiang University, a national registered environmental protection engineer, and national registered environment evaluation engineer, has presided over and participated in various key projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, national key and special water projects, and enterprise cooperative R&D projects. He has published over 80 papers and presided over dozens of projects of waste water and tail gas treatment process and engineering design, primarily related to pharmacy, chemical, food, and sanitary sewage.
