陈航， 1966年出生。中国船级社浙江分社产品处副处长，分社指导验船师，中国船级社通导专家组成员，宁波九三学社工技三支社主委，浙江海事局海事调查专家库成员。1987年在中国船级社工作至今，参与过各类船舶的建造、营运、产品各类检验，参与了CCS欧盟指令研究、北斗最新标准研究、数字化检验技术研究、海上避碰技术、无人船技术等领域研究。

　　Chen Hang, born in 1966, is the deputy director general of Product Department and marine surveyor counselor of China Classification Society Zhejiang Branch, a member of China Classification Society Navigation & Communication Expert Team, president of Ningbo Jiusan Society Technological Skills Branch III, and a member of the Maritime Investigation Expert Pool of Zhejiang Maritime Safety Association. He has been serving China Classification Society since 1987 and participated in varied ships building and operation as well as product inspections, and researches in fields including CCS EU directives, the latest Beidou standards, digital inspection technology, maritime collision avoidance technology, and unmanned ship technology.
