董明峰，高级工程师（教授级），华东建筑设计研究总院交通设计院院长、总工程师，兼任全国城市道路交通文明畅通提升行动计划专家组成员，交通部公交都市验收专家，中国土木工程学会城市公共交通学会常务理事、资深专家等。

　　Dong Mingfeng, a senior engineer (at professional level), currently serves as president and chief engineer of ECADI Transportation Design Center. In addition, he holds concurrent posts as a member of the Expert Team for National Smooth and Unimpeded Urban Road Improvement Action Plan, an acceptance expert of the Transit Metropolis of the Ministry of Transportation, and the managing director and senior expert of the Urban Public Transport Society of the China Civil Engineering Society.
