陈滨，嘉兴智慧交通研究中心项目主管，博士，毕业于东南大学计算机科学与工程学院，主要研究方向为信号灯智能控制、机器学习等，在Neurocomputing、IEEE ICASSP、中国图象图形学报等国内外期刊及会议发表论文20余篇，获得中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖、浙江省科学技术进步三等奖。

　　Chen Bin, a project supervisor at the Jiaxing Intelligent Transportation Research Center and a doctoral graduate from School of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University for research of intelligent control on signal light and machine learning, has published over 20 papers in foreign and domestic journals and conferences such as Neurocomputing, IEEE ICASSP, and Journal of Image and Graphics. He was awarded First Prize of China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology and Third Prize for Progress in Science and Technology in Zhejiang Province.
