　　Yu Tianli

　　浙商银行嘉兴分行行长助理，具备商业银行、券商综合服务经验，曾参与私募股权投资、IPO、定向增发、资产重组等业务，曾轮调银行间市场交易商协会，担任能源组副组长，参与《非金融企业债务融资工具注册发行规则》、《非金融企业债务融资工具公开发行注册工作规程》及《非金融企业债务融资工具公开发行注册文件表格体系》等文件起草和修订。
